Please arrive at 7:30 AM on April 29 for check-in.

Academy will cover:

• Leadership training
• Introduction to the world of Director of Nursing (Daily, weekly, and monthly expectations as Director of Nursing)
• Federal and State Regulations & Title 22, RAI Overview
• QA & QM Oversight and QASP Focus
• Clinical Systems overview! Encouraging Staff involvement.
• Training on Environmental and Infection Control, PLUS new regulations
• We included classes on How to Handle Complaints, Citations, and Survey Readiness.  

PLUS, once you finish the academy you will have AV Resources to use as a resource for any questions you may have throughout the first year after the class!
