We know how it feels when receiving a 2567!  That's every good DON and Administrator's nightmare.  We've been in this industry for many years, and believe us when we say, "no one ever gets used to a receiving a deficiency or citation".  For some who has been doing well, it's a pain in the neck to have to make one out when you've been doing great with 0 deficiencies for a while! I don't even have to say anything for those who's been getting them often.  Of course, I'm sure you've had enough!

Never fear.  AVRC is currently testing out our Forms software which includes POC and QAPI development. Try them out!  It's easy to use.  Just type in the F-tag and the software will guide you through the process.  Say what? You don't know what the specific F-tag it belongs to?  Don't worry.  You only need to type in a key word about your deficiency and the form should be able to give you Ftags related to it.  Then all you have to do is pick the one that closely resembles your deficiency and create your POC.  You can edit the problem and actions to your preference.  Then type away.  The forms you make is saved in your account and can be used over and over again.  I hope that lessens your stressful situation.
